I hired Mr. Magee to handle my work comp case. I would not recommend him. I was not given copies of my petition until I asked several times and was not given copies of the response filed by the insurance company at all. When I called or emailed, I received no response from his office. My question...s were not answered. I was completely out of the loop on my case and I felt completely neglected as a client. He is a very nice man but case management and professionalism are not skills his office possesses.
