An attorney who cares

Most attorneys don't take the time to listen to your problem or concern. Though Josh can't practice law now, he did take notes about what my concern was and he was able to refer me to an attorney who could help. He followed up to ensure that I had legal counsel.

A Go Getter

Josh was always willing to listen to me or my family members when discussing my case. He's called me nights weekends and even during holidays to make sure I was ok.

Good communication, prepared, and easy to talk to

In a matter involving an accident that caused multiple injuries, Josh was able to ensure that I was taken care of, that my treatment went smoothly, and that the settlement was fair.

Thank you Josh

In a worker's compensation claim, I needed to have back surgery but the insurance company refused to pay for it, claiming all kinds of reasons why the accident didn't cause my injury. He fought for me, and I ended up having the surgery with worker's comp paying the bill.

Joshua’s comment:

“My suspension had nothing to do with the practice of law. I did not commit any kind of professional misconduct, nor was any client, or anyone else harmed. I was suffering from depression and tried to self medicate with medication I did not have a prescription for. I completed 6 months of in patient rehabilitation treatment, and have moved on to a better, happier life. I will be eligible for reinstatement to the practice of law in the near future.”
