Frank David Klein

The bad comments written here about Frank are obviously maliciously written. I hired Frank and he is by far the best attorney around. I can guarantee this to you if you hire Frank, when you are at your first hearing in front of the judge you will think in your mind...."thank God he is on my side." I ...promise you that!.....and it will be a bad day for your ex. frank was so prepared in there it was incredible. As for price I will not tell you what I paid bc each case is unique and I'm sure he quotes accordingly,, but I will say Frank was worth in the end 5 times what I paid him. It was like a prepared prize fighter in there against my exs attorney. On a personal note about Frank he has type A personality, he hates to lose, and he is so prepared in court it's astonishing. Just do yourself a favor and meet with a few attorneys before consulting with Frank and you will see the difference. I have recommended Frank to everyone I know and everyone was so thankful I did.

Communication with him was little to non-exsistant. He swore to me that he would be aggressive and he was not. He failed to act on several aligations of fruad on my ex as well as address child endangerment issues. I felt overwhelmed and pressured into signing papers in mediation by claims he made of ...the financial cost of dragging my divorce out further. Overall, I ended up getting screwed. I lost everything in the divorce, still have issues with visitation, am paying way more than I can afford in child support, and I have to do all of the travel for visitation. Will file complaints with the Florida Bar as soon as I can.

Communication was terrible. Wouldn't return calls/emails. Failed to file ANY of paperwork, resulting in motion to compel by other party (and was not informed of this either). Order signed by all parties was never sent to judge for signature. Billing discrepencies. Filed incorrect IDO. Disorgani...zed. Wound up filing formal complaint with provider after waiting over a month for a reply. He responded by withdrawing from case-still no explanation-wound up w/investigation and I was reimbursed partial monies. Complaint to Fla Bar pending. Be very careful.
