Frank David Klein

From my experience, Mr Frank Klein is temperamental. He will either take your case or he won't. However he does not return calls and or emails. It's been numerous times of trying to reach back out to him to do anything. Once in a blue moon his wife will answer the phone, but in most cases you'll get ...the answer machine with no response whatsoever.

I am not saying Mr Klein is a bad lawyer. I attempted to retain him a few years (2012) back but could not afford him. At the time it really did not matter as the case kept on getting continued. So I attempt to retain him for basically the same type of case in August of 2014 as I could now afford him.... He refused to take my case with no explanation as of why. I left there with my tail between my legs. If he reads this I am sure he will know who I am. He has my contact information. Why, Frank?

He did not use any information we provided to help us in our case, not a single email or phone call was returned and was extremely rude and unprofessional. We're living in squalor thanks to him and he talked about the vacations he gets to take. The only thing we heard from him was the exorbitant bill... for no work provided that we get in the mail. I would have been better off representing myself.

Communication with him was little to non-exsistant. He swore to me that he would be aggressive and he was not. He failed to act on several aligations of fruad on my ex as well as address child endangerment issues. I felt overwhelmed and pressured into signing papers in mediation by claims he made of ...the financial cost of dragging my divorce out further. Overall, I ended up getting screwed. I lost everything in the divorce, still have issues with visitation, am paying way more than I can afford in child support, and I have to do all of the travel for visitation. Will file complaints with the Florida Bar as soon as I can.

The judges hate him for his constant interruptions and superior attitude.He convinced me that I was entitled to everything in my divorce.Used nearly all of our assets.Encouraged trial when ex was willing to take only pennies on the dollar. Now I have lost everything , the kids hate me and his wife ca...lls me 5 days before every payment is due to remind me and thank me for my business.
