Frank David Klein

From the first call to Mr Kleins office, I knew I found my attorney. They scheduled me the next morning for my FREE conceltation, he explained my rights as a father as well as how he projected my case would go. I ended up retaining him as my lawyer. There wasn't a time when I called into the office t...hey didn't either hand the phone to his assistant or directly to him. I always had a call back within the hour, even once after hours they called. It was the hardest time in my life and I had a great lawyer by my side. I have no problem recommending frank Kleins office to anyone I know who may go through any family separation or paternity dispute. When it was all said and done, I didn't use all of the retainer amount and he even refunded me the amount that went un used. Couldn't have had a better experience in such a horrible circumstance.

Let me tell you where I was before hiring FRANK KLEIN. I had another local divorce attorney that I had hired as I began the process of divorcing a cheating wife. Just to give you an idea my wife and I were two upscale educated professional adults with no criminal records, no drugs, no domestic violen...ce, living an upscale lifestyle..So, I confronted her, she moved out, and since everything was in my name we could take some time to separate possessions and work out a parenting plan in the best interest of our 2 small children. It was a clear cut case she cheated I wasn't looking to get over on her, we had children , and we could be fair about things ; so there was no real problem right??? WRONG!!.......As I walked out of jail after being arrested for grand theft auto on my own vehicle I quickly realized she moved back into my home and filed an order of protection because she suddenly since learning I filed for divorce she realized she was afraid for her life.....My first hearing and mediation I quickly realized that the attorney I paid a large retainer to up front was more suitable to be a tax attorney than a divorce attorney.......In a split second I had lost everything I have ever owned including my marital tooth brush, lol...BUT, more importantly my wife and her attorney were trying to steal my children from me. My parenting plan sucked, the typical every other weekend and Wednesday visitation, as if that was sufficient for a father who lived his entire life for his children since their existence. Throughout this process I met with many many lawyers telling my story begging for help with my case and I would always leave discouraged by their 10k retainers to even start to pick up my pieces...By Gods will I received a recommendation to consult with Frank Klein. So I did and let me tell you that Frank systematically ruined my now exwife and her attorney and made them pay for everything they maliciously had done to me. I now have my children and my life back. Where to start. Both myself and my wife have been previously divorce and have to deal with the ex's. Frank has helped me and my wife with the negotiation's and navigation of the legal system. Communication with him was little to non-exsistant. He swore to me that he would be aggressive and he was not. He failed to act on several aligations of fruad on my ex as well as address child endangerment issues. I felt overwhelmed and pressured into signing papers in mediation by claims he made of ...the financial cost of dragging my divorce out further. Overall, I ended up getting screwed. I lost everything in the divorce, still have issues with visitation, am paying way more than I can afford in child support, and I have to do all of the travel for visitation. Will file complaints with the Florida Bar as soon as I can.
