Frank David Klein

I hired Frank Klein to represent me in my divorce. He was very highly recommend to me by several people. I interviewed two other lawyers before I met with Frank Klein to make certain I had the best lawyer for my divorce. During my consultation I was very pleased. Frank D. Klein is amazing at his job. He listened patiently to my case and gave me a realistic way to solve it. Once we were on the same page together, he was full speed ahead. Where to start. Both myself and my wife have been previously divorce and have to deal with the ex's. Frank has helped me and my wife with the negotiation's and navigation of the legal system. Not only is Frank very knowledgeable about Family Law he has become a friend to us also. Frank goes above an...d beyond the services of any lawyer I have ever worked with. He has help me with every aspect of family law know to man. Time sharing of minor children, child support, custody and mediation. How I came to know Frank is interesting. Having used another lawyer that was taking me to the cleaners financially, I fired him and decided to go it myself, after getting front of the judge by myself, I realized that I needed expert help. The bailiff and the Judges secretary both said I needed to contact Frank Klein. Now think about that for a minute, the bailiff and the Judges secretary see all the attorneys that come through the courthouse and they recommend Frank. I took their suggestion and it was the best referral I have ever gotten. He is fair, honest and sometime he tells me the bitter truth on what, as a father I will be able to achieve. The greatest moment came recently when I got custody of my youngest daughter. I am so thank for Franks services. If you want the best and someone who will fight for you because he believes in you, then retain Frank Klein. PS he also has an awesome legal assistant.

Communication was terrible. Wouldn't return calls/emails. Failed to file ANY of paperwork, resulting in motion to compel by other party (and was not informed of this either). Order signed by all parties was never sent to judge for signature. Billing discrepencies. Filed incorrect IDO. Disorgani...zed. Wound up filing formal complaint with provider after waiting over a month for a reply. He responded by withdrawing from case-still no explanation-wound up w/investigation and I was reimbursed partial monies. Complaint to Fla Bar pending. Be very careful.
