No Call No Show to Consultations

I had a consultation scheduled today, July 30th at 11am. The attorney did not call and when I spoke to his legal assistant at 11:45am, she claimed he stated he called and left a voicemail, which he did not. We rescheduled for 2pm today and once again, he did not call. I finally emailed the assistant ...just after 3pm and addressed the no call no show then decided to look for legal counsel at a different firm. I would not recommend this attorney or firm. This was in regards to a time sensitive child custody case.
