My practice focuses chiefly on real property transactions and litigation; however, due to the amorphous nature of real estate law, I have a broad spectrum of experience in disparate though related legal arenas, including estate planning, probate, business organization, debtor/creditor rights, bankruptcy, and other commercial litigation. My practice has recently expanded to include intimate counseling of medical grade cannabis enterprises with zoning and land use issues with local and state municipalities, given the recent developments in the law, having personal experience and a majority ownership interest in a successful dispensary and genetics company based in Central California. Additionally, I counsel clients from contract to closing in the acquisition and sale of both residential and commercial properties. I currently serves as counsel to several real estate brokerages and licensees in the greater Tampa Bay area, as well as various prominent businesses, real estate investors, private lenders, contractors, and developers. While my practice is remarkably comprehensive, I excel in representing buyers and sellers relative to sophisticated commercial transactions involving mixed-use retail plazas, strip centers, office buildings, golf courses, restaurants/bars, large tracts of vacant land to be developed, etc.

""Vi et veritate" I have known Gary most of my life. Gary has always been renown amongst his peers, in the past and currently, for his superior intelligence and ability to produce at the highest levels, in all arenas. More recently, Gary and I worked on a complex case packed with multiple areas of law. Navigating such a terrain for any attorney would be a struggle. However, Gary shined throughout the entire process and made - what many attorneys would consider extremely difficult - seem breezy. Gary is a very hard worker and equipped with fantastic intellect. The practice of law is lucky to have him, as is any goal he sets his sights on."
"Gary and I have worked on opposing sides in numerous cases over the years and I always find him to be professional and knowledgeable in the subject matters I have encountered him in. His knowledge in real estate is especially remarkable."
"Gary is one of the most knowledgeable and professional attorneys I have been fortunate enough to work with and learn from. His expertise in real estate and litigation is self-evident simply from a conversation with him. Every matter our office has referred to him has been handled professionally and promptly, making it easy to ensure our clients that they are dealing with the best real estate lawyer to suit their needs. Not only is Gary an exceptional legal force, but he takes the time to truly get to know his clients and always puts their best interests first. The legal profession is lucky to have an asset like Gary helping change client's lives for the better."
