Sean E. Hengesbach is a native of Hernando County Florida and maintains his law practice in Spring Hill, Florida, with additional offices in Port Richey, Florida. Sean practices in the areas of Wills, Trusts, Estate Planning, Probate and Estate and Trust litigation matters. Sean also handles general civil litigation matters, including real property litigation and commercial disputes.
Active in a number of community organizations and professional associations in Hernando and Pasco Counties, Sean is a past president of the Hernando County Bar Association, member of the Florida Bar and the Nature Coast Estate Planning Council. In addition, Sean is member of the Board of Directors of the Pasco Hernando Community College Foundation and is the past Chairman of the Community Foundation of Hernando County. He has also served on the Board of Trustees for the Community Foundation of Tampa Bay, Inc. He is a frequent lecturer on the topic of estate planning and related matters for numerous groups and organizations in the area.
Sean was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2001 and is also licensed to practice in the United State District Court, Middle District of Florida.
Sean resides in Spring Hill, Florida with his wife and two sons. In his spare time, Mr. Hengesbach is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys sport fishing in the beautiful waters of the Gulf.
