Bruce Excellent Attorney

Bruce has handled a few cases for me. I know him personally and professionally, he is a very good person and lawyer. I have since moved away, but have contact with him at times. Always personable is how he handles himself. If you are looking for exceptional attorney, hire Bruce Przepis!

Bruce Przepis was an outstanding exceptional, and very well experienced lawyer. His loyalty to my case was certainly met. Mr. Przepis took lots of time with me personally, to understand all the legal terms that I had trouble understanding. Good at what he does.

Great guy! Great father! And his work is very good. Had to use his services a fee times do to one person trying to ruin someone's life and he made sure that this person didn't get his way like the person always did do to this persons mother working for another attorney her whole life with no worries ...about attorney fees but that didnt matter he made sure the judge seen the truth and got this person to finally leave me along after 5 years of lies and harrassment to me and my family. Thank you and it was worth every dollar to get this person to back off :)

Attorney is Good but Administrative Fees are Bad

The charging up front was disclosed. I did not have an issue with the hourly fees. The issue I had was there were 2 sides to the charging, the attorney fees and the paralegal fees. Total fees were 9300. 5700 were paralegal fees. I reviewed the billing statements and was being double charged for ...the same work. Example: over $500 to review a financial affidavit. I transferred to another attorney because of the high paralegal fees. In the wrap up of the case, i was charge 555.00 to get a consolidated email of documents I already had and had not requested. In summary, the attorney had fair fees but his paralegal was not billing appropriately.

Thank you for your comment. Ayo & Iken hires and retains top-notch paralegals. We feel this makes a difference in every case we handle. Many firms hire general help with no experience and then they train them to become paralegals. We believe that encourages mistakes, slows down cases, and creates poor results. We hire top people, we pay them well, and they stay with our firm for many years. Attorneys that have excellent support staffs are more likely to do excellent work for you. And really sharp paralegals tend to give the other side the impression that our firm is extremely tough. While we do respect your opinion we also respectfully disagree with you. An excellent attorney should have an excellent paralegal. Anything less and you take the risk of shorting yourself and sabotaging results. We thank you for your business and wish you good luck with your situation. BTW - we never charge twice for the same work. The firm partners always review and correct any actions that are ethically questionable.
