Helped me when others wouldn’t

Brendan’s law office helped me with a debt issue resulting from identity theft. After speaking to multiple other law firms and finding out how much money they expected, it just didn’t make financial sense for me to hire any of them, as even a win on the case would have still been a massive loss. After discussing the issues, they offered me a deal that actually make sense for the situation at hand, and I’m so glad they were able to help me through my situation to the end.

Relentless Pitbull

Great help with aggressive Debt Collector

Mr. Riley helped with a debt collector who was very aggressive and threatening. Unbeknownst to me, my ex-wife defaulted on a credit card, and I first found out by getting a nasty letter from the debt collector, which also happed to be a law firm (!). Mr. Riley took my case and fought very hard for me, and helped me come to a reasonable resolution. He is honest and cares! A+!

Divorce

Brendan and Melody were absolutely amazing. I was very unsure on how to proceed with my divorce but they took the time to explain the steps and did not make me feel as though they were talking over my head. They are great people and would recommend this team to anyone.

Excellent firm. Brendan and Melody worked endlessly on my custody case. They were both responsive, professional, and understanding. Divorce

I had to hire Brandon recently unfortunately for a divorce. The law firm is not huge and I like giving back to my community. My experience was positive in terms of the service I recieved and I would most certainly recommend the office for anyone needing a lawyer for family law. Lisa and Melody were also amazing for a sympathetic ear for a woman going through a divorce. May God bless you of you every need a lawyer for family law.

Dealer sold me RV that was salvage and did not tell me. I paid high retail for it. It is a very nice RV. I just paid to much because of the branded title. Brendan got me most of my money back and I got to keep RV. Great deal great job Brendan.

Textbook Handling of debt collection issue

Spent 45 minutes in conference with Brendan, he explained to me his strategy, countersuit against collector for lack of document custody; we got a mutual walk away. His work and demeanor no less than outstanding...

One of the best

Recently, I was unfortunate enough to be caught up in litigation that without expert legal representation, could have resulted in costly legal action. The Best

Mr Riley settled a case for me that had plagued me for 8 YRS.! My ex had never taken my name off of the mortgage, as ordered by the court, (Pasco county)in April 2010. I had taken my ex to court 3 times to get this matter solved. Nothing was done about it!!! Finally I was fortunate to find Mr. Riley Mr. Riley solved this in 3 wks. He was very helpful and the best attorney I've ever dealt with! Would not hesitate to hire him again.
