This man is awesome! I got in an accident a little while ago was not my fault. insurance wanted to pay me $700 dollars for the accident.damage was around 7,000 they wouldn't call they wouldn't send an adjuster out. they were just nasty. But then they started calling me two three times a day from some... telemarketed service telling me I need to take the 700 so they can close the case. I was like no and call this gentleman. he walked me through the whole process helped me all the way.and we won I got the money I needed to fix my car plus medical bills it was a good day he's a truly caring lawyer which is rare I highly recommend this gentleman and God forbid if I get in another accident and this goes on again I'll be calling him again

I had the good fortune of becoming acquainted with Mr. Riley after I was involved in an auto accident with a person who seemed to think the truth was synonymous with fiction. The accident happened on a dark night in St. Pete. After coming to a full stop at an intersection controlled by a two-way stop... sign, I carefully sighted in both directions, then proceeded to drive across 4th Street. The last thing I heard before the impact was screeching brakes. At first, being in a dazed state, I couldn’t reconcile how this could have happened, considering how diligent I had been in checking if it was safe to proceed. After being taken by ambulance to the ER, I was told that I had suffered a concussion along with bruised ribs and a few lacerations. I will forever be grateful to Mr. Riley for doing what the other attorneys refused to do and rescuing me from what at the time appeared to be a hopeless situation.

Mr. Riley helped with a debt collector who was very aggressive and threatening. Unbeknownst to me, my ex-wife defaulted on a credit card, and I first found out by getting a nasty letter from the debt collector, which also happed to be a law firm (!). Mr. Riley took my case and fought very hard for me..., and helped me come to a reasonable resolution. He is honest and cares! A+!
