Child agreement/support

I hired Mr. Harp to defend me in my case for child support and agreement between myself and my sons father. I had heard good reviews from people I personally know, and online. I lived about an hour away so it was really a leap for me. The first two months he did "okay"... We went to two court hearing...s, both he didn't say much at. After that it went downhill fast. I came to his office for an appt and there was already somebody there so he quickly talked to me outside for a few minutes and sent me on my way. After that I didn't hear from him for two months. My boss ended up looking online to see if he was possibly in a court case himself, and he was. I called the attorney representing him and they told him to give me a call. He scheduled an appointment for me to come in (now I live almost two hours away). I went to his office to find that he AGAIN wasn't going to let me come inside, we were going to sit on the porch (in 95 degree weather) and talk about HIS problems. I heard all about his divorce, the people that had been using spyware to break into his computers and so forth. First of all, if somebody is breaking into his computers, shouldn't I have been made aware considering MY personal information is in there? But second of all, I drove two hours to sit on his porch and listen to him vent. He then proceeds to ask if his girlfriend could come outside... what am I going to say, no? So she came outside, I tried to tell him what had been going on and he cut me off and told me he would be in touch with me, to just email him my financial paperwork. TWO HOUR DRIVE to hear about his problems!! About a week later his sister emails me asking if I could make it to court the next day for a hearing. I was given a days notice for this hearing. I couldn't make it, so he was going to be there for me. Me ex and I are civil for the most part, so when the hearing was done he called me and let me know what happened. He informed me that Mr. Harp came in late and sweaty. Not very professional to me. It has been three weeks since this hearing, and I haven't been able to get ahold of Mr. Harp. Not only am I very disappointed, but I am upset with myself because I wasted a lot of money. I would not recommend anyone hiring him.

Finally an attorney not afraid to do what's right!

I’ve been fighting for custody of my two boys for six years. Their mother violated Florida statutes and moved them 200 miles away from their home in attempts to alienate me. It was extremely difficult, but I kept track of every lie the mother told over the years by corroborating phone calls, texts ...and social media posts. After wasting my money on six other attorneys over the past six years, I found Osa Harp just when the battle was really heating up. He walked into my case, which was a complete mess. We had been before four different judges in six years, and none of them could keep up with the antics of the mother. His first order of business was getting the judge recused based on bias and returning our case to the last judge who had actually started to see the mother’s pattern of alienation. Next, he cleaned up the “good ole boy” politics surrounding my case. Then he went to trial and completely annihilated the mother by using all the evidence I had collected over the years. He is the only person I’ve seen that could throw her off her game. He is an excellent trial lawyer and I would recommend him to every dad that feels hopeless in their custody battle. Thanks to Osa, I have my boys back with me and they are thriving! Osa is hands down the best attorney I have ever seen! He surprised me several times during trial. He is fierce and fearless when it comes to doing what is right for his client. He ALWAYS put me and my boys first even taking personal risk to do so. I am a father that won custody of my children and in Florida this is an almost impossible thing to do but Osa made it look easy! Learn from my mistakes and at least talk to Osa before hiring any other attorney!

Fantastic Divorce Attorney!

Attorney Harp handled my divorce case for me and he did a fantastic job! I highly recommend using his services if you are dealing with a similar issue. He is very personable and truly seemed to care about my case.

Mr. Harp went above and beyond

It is my belief that Mr. Harp went above and beyond what was expected of him in my case. He met with me on a Saturday afternoon (which is unheard of) and put me at ease with my impending divorce and custody issues. He made me feel that the road ahead was smooth sailing, and it was. He got me everythi...ng I asked for and I couldn't be happier. I would recommend him to anyone and assure them that he is arguably the best darn attorney in Hernando county. Whether it is family law or criminal Osa is your man.
