After dealing with attorneys, judges and caseworkers as foster parents, we hired Chris Mulligan to be our voice in the courtroom. As a foster parent, you are often ignored or even bullied by attorneys and caseworkers, but Mr. Mulligan always made sure we were heard. He was clear and blunt with us reg...arding our adoption process. He never gave us hope where there was no hope and he was always straight-forward when it came to answering questions. He understands the adoptive and foster parent process, and he does not mince words when it comes to dealing with DCF or YFA or any of the case management services. He waded through the paperwork and made sure that the courts, the caseworkers and the attorneys understood our position. He fought for us and for the little boy we're adopting even when the courts reunified the child. Once the child came back into the "care" of the courts, Mr. Mulligan took every step possible to make sure we were not ignored or pushed around by DCF. When you hire an attorney, you want one who isn't afraid to protect his clients. Christopher Mulligan will and did fight for us every step of the way. Going to court with an attorney changes everything. We are extremely pleased with Mr. Mulligan's services and would never consider fostering or adopting again without him in our corner.

Chris was my attorney during my divorce. My now ex-wife had me baker acted during our proceedings, which prevented contact with my attorney. He decided to drop me as a client due to failure to communicate. I am INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTED in how my case was handled. My ex-wife was given our house that my... father gave her $10k for, she was given full custody of my son, and I was given "visitation at the mother's discretion". Since my divorce, I have TRIED to communicate with the attorney, who has simply said that I am SOL and that he WILL NOT represent me (despite already having taken the retainer and doing NO ACTUAL WORK). I have also only seen my son a handful of times, all supervised by the mother. I am fully paid up on my child support, and I am SICK OF GETTING WALKED ON BY MY EX-WIFE, THE LEGAL SYSTEM, AND MOST OF ALL, THE PEOPLE WHO WERE PAID TO REPRESENT ME. WILL NOT RECOMMEND.

Awesome lawyer!!!! I feel very secure with Christopher Mulligan as my attorney. He is very intelligent. He is aggressive yet respectful in court. His arguments are difficult to respond to a lot of times. He knows the law. You never will feel like you are not being heard in court with this man at yo...ur side.
