Danialle Riggins has fought for the rights of employees, the disabled and the injured since 2005. Her motivation comes from the experiences she has had as an employee herself and the injustice that occurred due to her age and lack of knowledge. She now wants everyone to know that you do not have to be taken advantage of-- she wants to teach you and protect your rights.
In 2005 Danialle graduated as a member of the inaugural class of FAMU’s College of Law. As a student, she was an editor and writer for The Evidence, which was a student-operated law journal. She also participated in a prosecutorial externship with the Marion County State Attorney’s office. Danialle also was a law clerk for other law firms that handle property law, landlord-tenant and Construction law cases.
In 1992, Danialle Riggins entered the University of Florida and pursued a degree in Journalism/ Communications and a minor in Business Administration. As a journalist, Danialle covered exciting national and local stories such as Presidential Elections, Gators National Football Championship, and the church burnings in the South for a New York Times newspaper.

She essentially did nothing but tell us what forms to fill out, was unreachable by email and would not return emails, if you had more than one question she would only answer one and disregard the rest. We terminated our relationship with Atty Riggins and request an invoice and a return of our $850 re...

She misled me from the first day I met with her regarding an eviction order from a property I bought with tenants. She told me that the eviction order would be sent the next day. According to our conversation a...
