My practice is limited to cross examining doctors for other attorneys throughout the U.S. in any aspect involving medicine. My firm also does medical/legal disability analysis for other lawyers providing notebooks for:
l. Cross examination of a defense medical/vocational expert including background material (some are as large as 57 volumes. Those we email) in bate stamped digital format with word searching capabilities and indexing.
2. Medical legal analysis. As CEO of , I have access to over 40 medical specialists in developing nations whom I've trained to help me (and other lawyers) read DME reports, watch DME exams and compare to the actual reports to find inconsistencies and these doctors are often on line with me listening to DME testimony (defense medical examiner) and privately instant messaging me questions to ask.
3. We also have a section that does medical timelines and deposition summaries for other laweyers.
4. Our website, has examples and free books lawyers can download and give to their own clients.
5. In some cases we work on contingency fee basis. You pay us for our time when you win. (costs are not advanced)
