Timothy Lamont Dave

I hired Timothy Dave as our local counsel. We gave him a few thousand dollars to file lawsuits that we had drafted. After several weeks, no lawsuits were filed although he cashed the checks. He was forced to return the money. The few cases that he was our local counsel on, he neglected. He does ...not return phone calls or emails. Totally incompetent as a lawyer.

I hired Timothy Dave back in 2013 and paid him $1200 to assist me in repairing my credit as he was referred to me by a friend. Well, long story short I was very disappointed with his services. My credit was never repaired not even a little bit. I never received any letters in the mail from any of the... credit bureaus acknowledging that someone was disputing anything on my behalf. He refunded me back $300 and kept the rest. He was basically paid for a job NOT well done. He claimed to have sent letters out to the creditors on my behalf but I was never able to confirm that.
