Dawn Ellis Ellis is a very professional, organized, thorough and responsive Probate Attorney. My Mom passed and I needed assistance to close out her Estate and when I checked with my family lawyer in Fort Lauderdale, he advised that his fee would be 10% of the Estate. We contacted Dawn after finding her during an Internet search. We needed an attorney in Florida to do the legal work required to transfer the ownership of properties located in Port Charlotte and in Port Malabar from my Aunt to my brother and myself.
