When my Aunt died in 2013, I had no idea it would take until 2018 to unravel the complexities of her estate, as a non-USA citizen living in Europe. As Dawn helped us with one issue, another unexpected element would crop up, creating yet more and more paperwork for both Dawn and us to go through.... Throughout this period Dawn was clear in what we needed to do next, supported us far beyond her mandate, and as the months rolled into years , was as supportive as any Attorney could be. Ms Ellis, Esq did Florida ancillary probate on pre-deceased father's estate at the time of my mother's passing; then she did mother's Florida ancillary probate estate. Both estate probates were flawlessly accomplished in reasonable time. I add that Florida ancillary probate for low-value plot of und...eveloped property is much more difficult & expensive then same procedure in say Virginia, but I cannot and do not attribute this deficit to Ms Ellis, Esq rather to the probate laws of the State of Florida. We contacted Dawn after finding her during an Internet search. We needed an attorney in Florida to do the legal work required to transfer the ownership of properties located in Port Charlotte and in Port Malabar from my Aunt to my brother and myself. These properties should have been included in my A...unt's estate, but were not. I reside in Michigan, and Dawn handled all of this as our sole legal representative in Florida. We did not have to travel there, and all legal issues pertaining to this matter were resolved by Dawn exactly as we wanted.
