When my Aunt died in 2013, I had no idea it would take until 2018 to unravel the complexities of her estate, as a non-USA citizen living in Europe. As Dawn helped us with one issue, another unexpected element would crop up, creating yet more and more paperwork for both Dawn and us to go through.... Throughout this period Dawn was clear in what we needed to do next, supported us far beyond her mandate, and as the months rolled into years , was as supportive as any Attorney could be. As I live in Minnesota, and I had never needed to settle the estate of a parent who passed away as she lived in Florida, I had no clue of how to begin the process, and I was not getting much help from Lee County. Only after searching for Estate Lawyers that were licensed in Florida, we "stumbled" up...on a couple of Attorneys to interview. With Dawn, there was no interview necessary. Right from the start, she communicated clearly and she was very helpful. Simply, Dawn was affordable, efficient and she completed the job with no issues! I would definitely use her again!

Ms Ellis, Esq did Florida ancillary probate on pre-deceased father's estate at the time of my mother's passing; then she did mother's Florida ancillary probate estate. Both estate probates were flawlessly accomplished in reasonable time. I add that Florida ancillary probate for low-value plot of und...eveloped property is much more difficult & expensive then same procedure in say Virginia, but I cannot and do not attribute this deficit to Ms Ellis, Esq rather to the probate laws of the State of Florida.
