The EEOC, FCHR and some Counties provide a free administrative process to help protect you and enforce your Title VII, FCRA rights as an employee. Unfortunately, many times the EEOC, FCHR or County process takes time and delays the inevitable litigation. I work with employees to aggressively pursue their rights under the law and am prepared to litigate and try your matter before a jury if necessary.

Despite Florida being an employement-at-will state, there are numerous protections for employees at the Federal, State and local level. I help employees navigate these issues and answer questions regarding questionable terminations.
