Knowledgeable in many areas
I am impressed by Erik’s legal knowledge and most importantly the diversity of his legal expertise. So many attorneys have a narrow expertise and they commonly do not see the big picture. If you have a business transaction or estate planning issue would be one attorney with which I would recommend you consult.

Conscientious and Emotionally Intelligent
Erik Arroyo is a conscientious, energetic lawyer, surrounded by the experience of one of the top firms in Sarasota. Band, Gates & Dramis has strong positioning in the community. Erik is politically minded, while having integrity and emotional intelligence. You couldn’t find a better combination of good qualities that lead to a positive legal experience. My first dealing with him was in planning my parent’s estate. He has since offered advice and resources that have made every problem smaller. Look no further, you’re in good hands!

When retaining a law firm to represent you or your company, it is imperative that you trust implicitly the specific attorney you hire. It is also important to let those with whom you do business know that you notice, and that you appreciate superior representation throughout consultations, negotiations and/or court proceedings. In today’s world, it appears we have a greater number of law firms and attorneys to choose from than ever before. But do we really? In this day and age, due diligence is a must when hiring one in order to find THE BEST. I would personally like to compliment an outstanding attorney in the Sarasota area who I feel is THE BEST. His name is Erik Arroyo, and he is a member of Band, Gates & Dramis, PL located on Ringling Avenue in downtown Sarasota. I want to recognize him for the excellent legal services he has provided to me and to my family. Over the last year, I have observed first hand Erik’s brilliance as he resolved several complicated legal issues. Erik is outstanding and he is up to date on the laws. He went the extra mile to make certain I was always 100% satisfied when he worked to resolve legal problems. I have recommended him to other people who are as impressed with his brilliant mind and ethics. Erik is very professional, and I know he looked out for my best interests, and I will be forever grateful that I gave him my complete trust. Such a commitment to outstanding counsel is to be commended. You can be sure that I will continue to do business with Erik Arroyo for years to come, and will continue to recommend him to my business associates, family and friends.
