Biography
I am a Florida Bar Board Certified Criminal Trial Lawyer since 1999 (only 5% of all Florida Lawyers are Board Certified). Former member of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit Judicial Nominating Commision. My background also includes 9 years of extentive trial experience as a state prosecutor in Sarasota. I am a graduate of Cornell University and University of Florida College of Law.
Married to my law partner, Laurie Zimmerman. She is a personal injury attorney and is a Florida Bar Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer. We own and practice in The Laurel Building on U.S. 301 in the histric Laurel Park district of downtown Sarasota.
