Biography
Altom (“Al” and “Tom” combined – the names of his grandfathers) represents individuals injured by medical products across the United States.
After several years of defending physicians and their insurers against medical malpractice lawsuits, Altom founded Maglio Christopher & Toale, P.A. in 1999 to represent people and not insurance companies. Today he serves as the managing partner of the Firm. The Firm actively represents clients from California to Maine, from Texas to Michigan, and from Alaska to Puerto Rico, and in all states and territories in-between.
