I was more than a year into a highly complex case when I learned information that required me to replace my existing attorney. Indeed, he treated me, and tirelessly sought to protect me, as if I were a close friend or an extended family member (notwithstanding that we'd never met prior to this case, plus the fact that he initially had considerable skepticism about the case based on just the preliminary information). In summary, Mr. Zimmerman made extraordinary contributions and efforts in representing me that well-exceeded the high benchmarks normally associated with even the very best Martindale-Hubbell AV-rated, AVVO highly-rated, or SuperLawyer-rated attorneys (all of which he is). Moreover, it was crystal-clear over time that his collective efforts were not only a reflection of the extremely high professional standards he assigns to himself as an attorney... but also were a reflection of the high ethical and moral standards he assigns to himself as an individual. In my considerable experience, having such equally-high standards on both fronts is something that one rarely encounters. I'm so grateful I used this law firm. Mark is more than competent in any case that he encounters. Although our case was not a full win (due to various circumstances) Mark fought his tail off and did the absolute best he could. Despite our loss I would still recommend him to anyone that has a need. Very informative, kept communication th...e entire way and as stated before fought for my fiancee nail and foot. I was charged with domestic battery which led to a dependency case.
