I needed representation for a plea withdrawal in criminal traffic court. This is not your normal hirer an attorney type situation. I Googled Mr. Fowler and wrote him a generic fill this out type of form not really expecting much. I was delighted to see an email the very next day. Wether it was a well... done auto response or not it got my attention. I called his office and his lovely assistant Lisa answered. From that first moment the whole process was first class. I am so impressed on how quickly and diligently he worked. Arrested on the 12th, notice to appear 13th after spending the night in jail. Released on ROR declining public defender. After countless letters,many phone-calls and research on other lawyers I chose him because his office staff was so court...eous, quick appointment time and feeling good about his other reviews. We met on the 16th where he was all business and explained the entire process and what I could expect. I immediately hired him on the spot with a deposit. He works with you financially. I was in shock when that afternoon he already filed Waiver of appearance,asking prosecution for discovery and my plea not guilty. He emailed my forms for my records and it was even showing up on the Sarasota Clerk office website. The relief I felt is indescribable...I KNEW I made the right decision. He told me step by step what needs to be done and I followed all instruction immediately. On the 29th we got notice it was dropped and abandoned by the State Attorney office. It never made it to my arraignment scheduled for the 30th!! This life altering event was over in 17 days. Right from the start, James provides a level of comfort that is unsurpassed.
