I hired Mr. Schipani for my divorce and custody proceedings, and without question he will fight for you and more importantly your child's rights as well. My case has been more than a challenge to say the least. Phil has always been available to answer my call and address questions and concerns day ...or night, week and weekends. He is absolutely one of the most compassionate and caring attorneys I've ever come across! He knows the laws and will use what ever means available to aid you in getting the results you and your child/children deserve. Could not ask for better representation. If you want to hire someone who knows their stuff, cares about you and your situation, and your child then look no further! Hire Phil, you will not be disappointed he's not afraid to do what is right no matter how big the mountain to climb! However, downside is he is a Hokies and Hurricanes fan through in through! Better than a Gators fan though! Thanks for everything big guy! Honestly though, Phil is one of those few genuinely caring individuals you meet in life which I believe is rarity! You're the best!

I have to agree with Stay Away. Mr S is definitely the most non-aggressive attorney to represent you. He even itemized on his billing that it was for "attendance in court" - definitely not representation at all. I honestly believe he didn't even read the documents prior to court. And yes, he was alwa...ys late. He even failed to register with the court and we showed up for a court date that was cancelled, but because they didn't know who the lawyer was we wasted hours waiting. He gave inaccurate information to the judge and we had to speak up and correct it. The final blow was after we ended up paying retroactive daycare expenses for the months WE had taken care of the child and she wasn't even enrolled in daycare, Mr. Schipani's reply was "Well, he should never have had a child with her (the wife) in the first place." Oh yes, and he failed to record all checks that we gave him. Make sure you pay with a credit card that will help you get back your money if need be. And always ask for an itemized bill. Ask a month later and the bill will have changed - different services, different fees.

I hired this worthless attorney in effort to secure and present solid evidence I had obtained concerning FRAUD discovered AFTER my divorce with my former wife along with her subordinating attorney, Sari Reegler. After Reegler threatened Schipani with sanctions for frivolous, merit less claims, ( ...because she knew what I now had for evidence would certainly open up a can of fraudulent worms and shed bright light on the fraudulent financial affidavits filed by the ex wife with Reegler knowing full well that her client, Kim Gauvreau of West Coast Reality and her self would face jail time) if what I had now discovered could of been presented. But due to a judge McDonald refusing to hear what I had to convey and allow me to also present THE witness that would also confirm the fraud; not to mention a long standing and on going adulterous relationship with Pino Gambo, her now present business partner, THIS CASE HAS YET TO BE RESOLVED!! When this threat of sanctions came up from Reegler and Kim Gauvreau, this fine attorney of mine tucked his tail between his legs, made settlement with Reegler and left me having to pay ALL COSTS INVOLVED...PAY BOTH SIDES OF ATTORNEY FEES, ABSORB THE ENTIRE MARITAL DEBT, PAY BOTH LUMP SUM AND PERIODIC ALIMONY AND ALL EXPENSES INCLUDING COURT COST!!!!!!!! ALL DUE TO LIES, DECEIT, FRAUD AND A TOTALLY INCOMPETENT PHILIP SCHIPANI!! I WILL HAVE MY DAY IN COURT, WHERE A JURY WILL NOW DECIDE KIM GAUVREAUS FATE AND REEGLERS SUBORDINATION..
