"Amazing Jane" : The most caring and insightful lawyer I have ever hired

I have used Jane Windsor's services twice now. She came highly recommended which is not at all surprising. Jane went above and beyond to understand our needs and to research and identify innovative strategies for both our situations. She really knows her stuff, and couples this with a very keen in...tuitive sense, which makes for a very powerful combination! What is also very striking is that Jane really cares for, and champions, her clients! From the outset, we all knew that our case was in very capable hands. Jane is also extremely honest and upfront about her assessment of the situation. She tries to provide the maximum services within the most efficient timeframe in order to keep costs as reasonable as possible. Essentially, I cannot say enough good things about Jane, hence our family nickname for her: "Amazing Jane".

Great axial!

Jane has been the greatest axial in the wheel about those circled up to assist my two children with special needs. One has Down syndrome and the other a language processing disorder. She KNOWS the best of the best for our kiddos! This includes: neuropsychologist, speech and language pathologist, othe...r within the local school district. And they KNOW her too!! Even the specialized private school knew Jane!! If you child harbors ANY concerns for a special need, PLEASE contact her!! She has ALWAYS made herself and her staff readily available as well. And she will educate you, THE PARENT, on how to become your own child's advocate (saving money in the future). She TRULY has you child's best interest at heart

Homebound hospital school

Exceeded my excepectations of an educational/family attorney. Went above & beyond to do what was "right" for my daughter. Case was resolved very quickly without going to court. Jane is an attorney with a HEART...couldn't have asked for better experience and a better outcome. She's an amazing perso...n. I wish there would be more attorneys like Jane Windsor.

Hard Worker Who Really Cares!!!

Attorney Windsor really cares about her clients success. She goes above and beyond what she was hired to do. My son's school wanted to expel him or send him to Triad for a no harm mistake. She not only helped us resolve the problem satisfactorily, she helped my son improve his lack of education and c...atch up with areas of learning he was missing from the school with the problem. Now he is doing so much better in school academically and socially.

Graduate School

Jane Windsor is an outstanding lawyer and I highly recommend her. was unable to complete my graduate thesis at a large public university in Florida and the University had recently denied my request for readmission so that I could finish my thesis and graduate. I am in my forties and am not a “typical...” client. Despite this, Jane was more than willing to meet with me. I felt completely helpless and did not know how to navigate the Florida university system to appeal the decision. Luckily for me, I found Jane Windsor. She took the time to really listen to me, and was the first person to ever suggest that I might have a learning disability. She referred me to a psychologist who specializes in learning disabilities and I was thoroughly tested. For the first time in my life, I was accurately diagnosed. I am now receiving treatment and have turned my academic and professional life around. Further, Jane was able to navigate the Florida university system and successfully advocated on my behalf. As a result, I was readmitted to graduate school and am on track to graduate. Throughout the process, Jane was always available, honest, and encouraging. If you are dealing with the Florida education system for yourself or on behalf of your child, the first thing you should do is call Jane Windsor. It is not hyperbole to say that Jane Windsor changed my life.
