Name change
Dana Keane provided an excellent service in having my grandsons legal 'last name' changed. I was very pleased with her representation, considering the challenges we faced with covid-19 guidelines, custody and family rights law because he was born in Ohio and resides with me in Florida. She is extremely professional, efficient and kind. Her guidance and explaination of what to expect was easy to follow and understand from start to finish. The Judge that heard our case was also impressed that everything was in 'order' and was granted his permanent name change with ease! I highly recommend Dana and if necessary, will call on her again or any colleges she would refer me to. I give my "Overall" experience 5 stars!

Fantastic experience!
Dana really made a difficult situation smooth and easy. She really helped to answer any questions that I had regarding my divorce in clear, layman terms. This allowed me to have discussions with my ex spouse to discuss with him what is required by the State of FL and what is not and we were able to amicably reach an agreement rather quickly. Dana processed all of the paperwork in a timely and professional manner and was. a wonderful communicator throughout the process. I highly recommend Dana.

I had two extremely complicated parenting plan disputes, which Ms. Keane handled with the utmost care. This attorney is compassionate and understanding in such a complex issue as family law. I am very satisfied with my Attorney Dana B Kane she helped me out a lot in my case regarding my 3 year old son and 5 year old daughter. I came to avvo looking for a good attorney read the reviews in dana was worth the hire i contacted her @ short notice in she accepted the case ask good questions very good professional attitude in speaking up a great advocate! Dana Keane is a compassionate detail oriented professional. She quickly "put out the fires". Dana returned calls and emails promptly, and used her time efficiently.
