Brett Donald McIntosh

This was the second time I have used Brett McIntosh. The first time 3 days after I hired him, he was able to have my charges completely dropped. This recent time I was pulled over and charged with DUI. After reviewing the case he filed a motion to suppress the stop, claiming the police officer had no... reason to pull me over. In court he was truly amazing. It was immediately obvious that he was in his element, and doing what he was born to do. The motion was won, the stop was thrown out. Once again I walk away with zero charges. In my opinion if you hire anyone but Brett McIntosh, you are throwing your money away.

Mr. McIntosh is the best lawyer in Sarasota. I really got myself into serious trouble getting my 4th. DUI. I was referred to Brett by a close friend that I truly trust. I met with him and he was straight to the point. Letting me know just how serious a 4th DUI is. Any DUI is serious, but the 4th. o...ne...I'm going to jail. Brett had a plan in mind from the get go, and the plan worked. He not only kept me from going to jail for a long time, but got me sentenced into a one year program built around helping me with my drinking issue. My 16 y/o son was facing 3rd degree felony charges for something he didn't do. After hearing Brett is the best criminal defense attorney in town, I hired him, and was not disappointed! Brett helped with a felony case of a family member. He was very communicative. His assistant kept us informed and up to date on all the proceedings.
