I was referred to many attorneys. Most of them have the big signs that you see when you are driving around Orlando. I remember Todd Minor from years ago when he handled my sisters case. I remember her always having good things to say about him. When I called his office and left my information. Mr. Miner called back the same day, introduce himself and set an appointment. I met with him and he explained the process. I was then introduced to his WONDERFUL paralegal Stephani. I had to have a lot of therapy for my injuries which racked up in medical bills. Stephani knew I was concerned about all the bills. She would call me and give me updates on the case, check up on me to see how I was feeling and how therapy was going. If I had any questions I would e-mailed Mr. Miner and Stephanie and in less than 24 hrs. I would get a reply. This was a very stressful time for me but Stephanie made the process easier. She broke down the different cost and who pays what bill and made sure I understood everything.
