Unprofessional, inexperienced, save your money
I met with David Holland. He is extremely unprofessional. From our conversations related to bankruptcy, I don't believe he has the knowledge or experience in this area. I did not even notice a copy of JD in his office. Also, from my understanding, he uses a software to evaluate all of your financ...

Replied last March 25, 2018Mr "Tsunami," I'm very sorry that I had no choice but to decline to represent you yesterday. I did my best to accommodate you sir, going so far as to schedule a late afternoon Saturday appointment for your convenience. Unfortunately, your cavalier responses to very important questions indicated to me that we would not be a good fit. Filing bankruptcy is a very serious decision, and it requires accurate and detailed information about one's financial history - information the Client must generally provide. We use a software program to make it easier for our Clients to gather and submit that information to us for processing. We also have a "paper packet" available for our Clients who would prefer to complete the process by hand. We assist our Clients in gathering the information to some degree, but yes, generally the Client must "track down" this information. It would be difficult, if not impossible, and certainly not cost-effective for us to gather the bulk of that information for the Client. After the information is submitted, I, not the software, evaluate it and advise my Client accordingly. I do not advise anyone file bankruptcy without the assistance of experienced counsel. However, if you wish to do so there are local document preparation services that will assist you for a nominal fee. Search Google for "Freedom Rings" in Sarasota.
