I had a great impression of Esq. David Holland for when I first met him as an emergent consultation due to the fact that I was undergoing a garnishment. He advised me with options and did not push to go straight into bankruptcy, but I did make the decision to file chapter 7 due to the amount of debt ...I have accrued. The process is still ongoing however David Holland and his staff have provided me with great guidance throughout this whole process. If you are in a situation such as mine or thinking about bankruptcy and want peace of mind and assurance that you are in good hands.. go see David Holland, you will not be disappointed.

I met with David Holland. He is extremely unprofessional. From our conversations related to bankruptcy, I don't believe he has the knowledge or experience in this area. I did not even notice a copy of JD in his office. Also, from my understanding, he uses a software to evaluate all of your financ...es, and you have to track down all of the information. So I am not sure what his value add is if a software will take care of all the paperwork, then I can save myself the fees and do the filings myself. I would not recommend him at all. I am also considering filing a complaint against him with the Florida bar.
