Attorney Scarlett Guy has been practicing law in Florida since 2003. She is dedicated to helping individuals protect and provide for their loved ones through estate planning.
Mrs. Guy ha served as Vice President of the Manatee County Library Foundation, as Co-Chair for two of their Annual Luncheons. and as a committe member for "A Night with Stephen King", which raised over 200,000 for the Manatee County Library. She was a founding member of the Manatee Inn of Court, served on the Snooty Gala Committee for the South Florida Museum, and is a former member of Junior League of Sarasota County.
She has had extensive trial work as a prosecutor and a criminal defense attorney. She has worked as an Assistant Dean and an Adjunct Professor at Stetson University College of Law.
Mrs. Guy created Guy Law Group in 2018 to provide clients with outstanding legal products and services.

Lack of information
This lawyer including Lipinski, have had my case over a year. I've done all they have asked if me and here I am weeks before trial and do not know anything more than I did a year ago...no mention of any pleas being offered, no preparation to go to trial or depose witnesses ion my behalf...they are ho...

Replied last March 17, 2018Please accept my apologize on behalf of my old office. I see you were represented by Mr. Lipinski as I did not take clients with those types of matters during that time period. Mr. Lipinski and I were in an office together, but we had separate clients. He passed away approximately 4 months after representing you. I know he prided himself on doing a good job for his clients, but his health may have been an issue during that time period. I would never want a client to have a bad experience. Please accept my sincerest apology.
