I had a great experience utilizing Attorney Gerling's services

I met with Attorney Gerling in a consultation on using his Probate services and was pleased with how knowledgeable he was and how clearly he explained everything. I also felt very comfortable in his office and thought he and his staff were very friendly and easy to talk to so I hired him. The whole process went smoothly, communication was great and they delivered on everything they had laid out in a timely manner. Originally from Columbia, Missouri, Rodney earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri and is a die-hard Mizzou Tiger. He attended law school at Quinnipiac University School of Law in Hamden, Connecticut. He has been admitted to the Florida Bar and the Federal Bar. Rodney is also a member of the Manatee County and Sarasota County Bar Associations and the Manatee Chamber of Commerce. Rodney was named as a Florida Super Lawyer in the 2015, 2016 and 2017 Super Lawyers Magazine. He began his legal career at the Sarasota County Public Defender’s Office where he handled thousands of cases, served as Lead Attorney on over 50 Jury Trials, and became familiar with the local Judges and State Attorneys.

He is a proud supporter of the Sarasota County Humane Society and Manatee Animal Network. Rodney also has two adorable little girls who he loves spending time with when not at work.

Experience with Mr. Gerling, Attorney At Law

I recently updated my legal documents regarding wills, health directives, etc. I have hired Mr. Gerling for several years and will continue to do so. I worked with several attorneys during my working career and the Gerling Law Group is one of the very best. Every meeting demonstrates respect, patience, knowledge, explanations when asked, efficiency and results oriented. Wonderful law firm

Mr. Gerling assisted me for a full year in fulfilling the responsibilities of executorship after the death of my brother.
