I have handled securities and commodities litigation cases for over 20 years. I have extensive experience in this area including numerous aribtrations, mediations, and settlements of claims on behalf of clients. In addition to my law practice, I have the unique perspective of having practical securities arbitration experience as a regulator formerly working for the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD n/k/a FINRA). Additionally, I worked at a large broker-dealer for many years and formerly held multiple securities licenses. I also worked as a research analyst and travelled throughout the country conducting due diligence of mutual funds. I also worked for an investment advisory firm.
