My life took a turn when I had a dissolution of marriage and my ex partner decided to falsely accuse me of a domestic battery. I've never had any criminal record in my background working for the federal government and military. This was a situation where I thought my sacrifices and my life was going ...to basically be over due to someone wanting to do damage to a person just for the impulsiveness of a marriage not working out. I initially called Musca Law in reference to my case and initially attached me to another criminal defense attorney who I felt very uncomfortable due to her just shaming her law office and discouraging me from this case. I would like to say my experience with my lawyer Monica fish was great. I felt that she was a great listener. And for someone who I did not meet until the day of my trial I felt like I knew her from the experiences that I had over the phone with her. She kept me informed as of much of her knowledge w...ith the information that she had received. At first I was a little nervous but she gave me the confidence that hiring the right attorney was a good idea and I believe that's what I got out of Monica. My particular case to me it seemed like it was a no-brainer of what the outcome should be but as she explained to me kind of how the system works and the flaws that can happen and the worst of the outcome that could have happened. Monica picked up my case and was passionate about finding out the true story. Once she understood the situation, she was able to represent the story in trial. We never considered any plea bargain and went to trial. She was able to represent the story as it was and the jury was able to see through ...the deception of the state and self serving testimonies.
