Hired for Probation issue.

Hired Monica Fish for an issue with my probation and I feel it was the best money I've ever spent. She is a very competent and professional and trustworthy attorney, I couldn't thank her enough, we received the outcome I was hoping for.

Monica beat my DUI case!

I am so thankful Monica took me on as a client! She has a breadth of knowledge and wealth of experience that shows in her work. She was extremely compassionate and respectful of my situation and helped me to win a DUI case against me that was dragging on for numerous years due to my medical issues. M...onica took the time to learn every single detail about my case and my health, she constantly kept me updated about the case and even called me to check on me when I was having health problems. Her due diligence of the facts and her skills definitely shined in court. She successfully argued all the facts of my case in front of a jury, and got a “not guilty” verdict returned. Don’t let her quiet demeanor fool you, this woman knows her stuff and it comes out in the courtroom, you definitely want her on your side!

One of the Best Lawyers in Naples!

I first came in contact with Monica F. through the law firm(Musca)she works with. I contacted them to help me through a dui case I got served with. She got me through that with a probation for a year which given the evidence and circumstances was the best I was going to get. Then she represented me ...again threw a violation of that probation. She did an amazing job, getting all charges dropped except the violation. And she did so, where I could still have my children visit before dealing with the charges. So to say the least I'm very satisfied with the outcome/ results. I would highly recommend Monica Fish to anyone seeking a professional and knowledgeable lawyer in the Naples or anywhere in the state of Florida.
