Leslie Dean did for me in 6 months what I could not do in SIX YEARS!

I began my VA disability 'journey' in 2016 (I had been led to believe veterans only got 1 chance to file for disability, which I did when I first got out in 1998); I did not know we could re-file until 2016, so lived on 20% for 20 years. So, I hired several Veterans Service Officers (and subsequently... fired them when they failed me) to help me refile for disability with the Veterans Benefits Administration. Despite a plethora of service medical records backing up everything, the VA denied most of my claims, over and over. Finally, out of frustration, I searched for a VA-accredited attorney, and found Leslie Dean. That was in October 2021, and by April 2022, I was rated 90% disabled, after only achieving 40% on my own in six years! I truly believe it's her knowledge of 'legalese' and her dogged determination that seems to force the VBA to acquiesce. Leslie knows what she's doing, and she works hard for her clients. If you're tired of the VA denying your disability claims over and over, and want a good attorney on your side, I highly recommend Leslie Dean!

Veterans Administration filing

Leslie Dean was referred by another vet friend of mine. I contacted Ms. Dean and was immediately contacted by Mr. Drury from her office. They both worked diligently to gain all my records, consult with me about what could be filed in respect to my case. Ms. Deans knowledge of the military and the ...inter workings of the VA was amazing. My personal phone consultation with Ms. Dean was one of utmost compassion and concern for me as well as a drive for doing the right thing when it came to filing with the VA. Ms. Dean and Mr Drury is a blessing to all vets that are able to contact them. I am very lucky to have gotten worked in to their overwhelming schedule.

Got things moving quickly

After being turned away at the VA for many, many years my husband reached out to Leslie Dean. She accepted his case and got things moving quickly.

Service Connection Assistance

My lawyer was very professional with my issues and dealing with the government review board, in reference to my service connection complaints. I will recommend her to anyone who needs assistance with a similar situation, because she will go above and beyond to resolve the issue.

Veteran

Leslie was great in working with me on my VA claim. She knows the ins and outs of the myriad forms you have to fill out and navigating a confusing and often obtuse government bureaucracy. She is very personable and gave great insight into the VA process and what to expect from the medical exams, ra...tings, and filings. She also has great attention to detail and helps you to be patient with the lengthy process.
