VA CLAIM

Ms. Dean and her staff are very professional and knowledgeable. They made my VA claim process very easy and understandable. They were able to navigate this process with a successful result. I would recommend Ms. Dean and her team to anyone that wants positive results.

Veteran beware think twice on this before you hire this lawyer.

Ms. Dean is not someone that should represent anyone, let alone a veteran. She is unable to keep a timeline, inform clients on the current status of cases their cases, or submit the proper paperwork. She will evaluate cases based on her ability to win. She provided an approximate date of a few m...onths, but 2 years passed with no update. The veteran was informed by the VA administration and yet you had no knowledge that the case was denied. Your submission of a one page document and lack of effort to prove that their was substantial evidence on behalf of the veteran showed your lack of effort which would be the equivalent of showing up to a fire without water. Your staff has no knowledge on the status of cases, or required documents. They are hired by you, which shows your lack of guidance and ability to legally represent a case in a professional manner. Your response that I should be grateful for your representation is quite amusing. To represent veterans that fight for the same country that gives you the ability to leave free without harm or threat from foreign or domestic enemies, the honor should be yours as these individuals have put their trust in you. Your lack of professionalism, and education to perform the role of an attorney should be a warning to all individuals that you would be better off representing your reflection in a mirror let instead of wasting the time and trust of any future individuals. I am ashamed that I referred other individuals to you and your office over the past 2 years while in a holding pattern only to find that you only provided a one page document as sufficient evidence to represent a case against the veteran’s administration. Your ability to provide an aggressive response to your clients only solidifies your lack of professionalism and all should be forewarned.
