Exceeding Expectations

The service provided by Leslie and Melvin exceeded my expectations. They are very personable individuals and listened to my concerns and frustrations when dealing with the VA. She reviewed and studied my case and obtained great results which were more than what I expected. She is a very energetic... and up-front and does not give up on your case. Thank you Leslie and Melvin.

VA disability claim

The words I write here will not be able to fully express the gratitude I have for Leslie. After years of being turned down, Leslie found "those little nuggets" that got the case turned around in my favor. She is such a joy to work with, smart, friendly, thorough, and so very professional. If you a...re looking for someone to help you fight for what should be yours and change your life, I highly recommend Leslie. You will not be sorry.

Leslie Dean did for me in 6 months what I could not do in SIX YEARS!

I began my VA disability 'journey' in 2016 (I had been led to believe veterans only got 1 chance to file for disability, which I did when I first got out in 1998); I did not know we could re-file until 2016, so lived on 20% for 20 years. So, I hired several Veterans Service Officers (and subsequently... fired them when they failed me) to help me refile for disability with the Veterans Benefits Administration. Despite a plethora of service medical records backing up everything, the VA denied most of my claims, over and over. Finally, out of frustration, I searched for a VA-accredited attorney, and found Leslie Dean. That was in October 2021, and by April 2022, I was rated 90% disabled, after only achieving 40% on my own in six years! I truly believe it's her knowledge of 'legalese' and her dogged determination that seems to force the VBA to acquiesce. Leslie knows what she's doing, and she works hard for her clients. If you're tired of the VA denying your disability claims over and over, and want a good attorney on your side, I highly recommend Leslie Dean!

NUMBER ONE.

Leslie is one of those lawyers who takes the matter into her own hands, she took the ball and kept running. I had no problem for letting her take my case, and she have not charged me until the case is final. I have not had a lawyer with this highly motivation mind as she is, and I tank her for all th...e hard work and dedication that she have put into my case. A job well done. KEEP UP THE FIRE.

All she does is WIN!

When I first heard Leslie’s voice on the phone I already felt like I was talking to my second mama. Y’all, she is a southern woman which basically is a pit bull mixed with a tornado. I haven’t met her in person but I bet she carries a Bible and a .45. She is genuinely passionate about veterans rec...eiving the benefits they have earned. I mean she takes it personally! You can hear it in her voice. Leslie is extremely organized and thorough. She leaves no stone unturned and will invest whatever time you need to be well prepared for each appointment. Also, this lady does not waste time! Once Leslie starts on your case, she plows through it like John Deere. You better be ready to keep up because she don’t play! More than anything, I am grateful to Leslie for helping me find the courage to submit claims for things I had been ignoring/suppressing for years. We received a 90% rating on our first attempt. And the majority of that was in a category I didn’t expect and WOULD NOT have claimed without Leslie’s support. I’m not kidding when I say you better be ready. Do not drag your feet through the process and waste her time. Leslie is too valuable…there are so many veterans that need her help. If you are fortunate enough to be offered the chance to work with Leslie, here is your blueprint. Hire her. Learn from her. Do what she says. Enjoy the benefits of your successful claim.
