Then reinforced again when a team member responded to my concerns by prioritizing the ITF filing and back pay potential over the urgency of my situation, capped by the statement, "Unless your previous denials are within the last year, we can't move you up on the list." It's truly disheartening to feel more like a revenue opportunity than a client in need of compassionate, professional assistance.
