Sorry this review took so long. I was very optimistic as I have had dealings with the government before and didn't have much saying in the procedure. I felt like a pawn from someone that didn't care. I did not know what real representation was until I contacted this office and was amazed at the conce...rn and hard work for my case I saw. Yes, at times I thought I would give up, she was still working hard for me. I would, and have, recommended this office to my friends that have been getting discouraged with their filing.
