He; along with his firm Musca Law; claim "vigorous" defense in their ads and charge a minimum $2000 retainer. I had a minor traffic case that he plead out almost immediately (less than a week) for me to receive 1 year of mail-in probation. I later found-out from my new lawyer....as well as from seve...ral consultations from other lawyers that the deal I took was horrible based on the charges.....and the only explanation any of them could give me is that he clearly didn't put any time or true effort into my defense. I thought for the sizeable amount I spent paying for him I'd receive better effort on his part. I paid several thousand dollars for a deal I could have worked-out for free myself.
