Biography
While my background is in the areas of tax controversy, audits, appeals, US Tax Court cases, refund litigation, voluntary disclosures, and establishing of collection alternatives with the IRS, my practice is actually geared more broadly towards small business owners and individuals, in their time of need. We prepare estate planning document (such as trusts and wills), probate foreign and domestic wills, perform real estate closings, draft and review contracts, provide support for immigration attorneys related to the setup and or acquisition of businesses, and provide a myriad of other services
One of our strengths is that I am bilingual with significant exposure to the European culture, allowing me to not only bridge the language gap with German speaking clients but also the cultural one.
