Erica Luque

I am the Owner and Founder of Luque Law Firm. I was born and raised in Naples, Florida, and it is my goal to help the Southwest Florida community grow and prosper. My father is an immigrant and my mother was a migrant farmworker. My husband is from Peru and our children are first generation American on their father’s side. I know first-hand what it is like to go through the uncertainty of the immigration process and how it has long-lasting effects on the entire family.

I am fluent in Spanish, which gives all of my Spanish speaking clients the ability to speak directly to me without the need of a translator. I previously held a prestigious internship with renowned immigration attorney Ira Kurzban. I have been practicing Immigration Law since 2011 and have a specialized knowledge in waivers and helping victims of crime.

I have also won national awards for my work.

Soy la Dueña y la Fundadora de Luque Law Firm. Nací y crecí en Naples, Florida, y mi meta es de ayudar a la comunidad del suroeste de la Florida a crecer y prosperar. Mi padre es un inmigrante y mi madre era trabajadora de campo migrante. Mi esposo es de Perú y nuestros hijos son primera generación estadounidense por lado de su padre. Sé de primera mano lo que es pasar por la incertidumbre del proceso migratorio y cómo tiene efectos duraderos en toda la familia.

Hablo español con fluidez, que permite a todos mis clientes de hablar directamente conmigo sin la necesidad de un traductor. Previamente sostuve una posición prestigiosa con reconocido abogado de inmigración Ira Kurzban. He trabajado en inmigración desde el año 2011, y tengo un conocimiento especializado en perdones y ayuda a víctimas de delitos.

También he ganado premios nacionales por mi trabajo.
