Marve Ann M Alaimo

Marve Ann M. Alaimo is a parter with the law firm of Porter Wright Morris & Arthur LLP.  Marve Ann received a B.S., with honors, in 1993, and a J.D., with honors, in 1997, from the University of Florida.  While at UF, she served on the Student Judicial Affairs Conduct Committee and as a mediator for the University of Florida Dispute Resolution Center.  Marve Ann went on to earn her LL.M. degree in estate planning from the University of Miami School of Law in 1998.

Marve Ann is a Director of the Estate Planning Council of Naples, Inc. and curently serves as its Secretary.  She is also Past Editor of the Council's annual estate planning supplement to the Naples Daily News.  She is also a Trustee of the National Kidney Foundation of Florida and past chair of its Planned Giving Committee.  Marve Ann is a founding Director of the Naples Asian Professionals Association and Entertainment Director of Asia Fest Naples.

Marve Ann is a Florida Bar Board Certified Specialist in Wills, Trusts and Estates and a former Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator.  In estate planning, she focuses on planning for blended families and solutions for families in conflict.  In estate administration, she advises beneficiaries of their rights and fiduciaries of their duties.  Marve Ann has been recognized by Florida Super Lawyers magazine as a Rising Star and as a Super Lawyer in the area of Wills, Trusts and Estates.  She has also been recognized as a Five Star Wealth Manager by Gulfshore Life.   Marve Ann received recognition from the Lee County Bar Association for her pro bono service to the community.
