In estate planning, she focuses on planning for blended families and solutions for families in conflict. In estate administration, she advises beneficiaries of their rights and fiduciaries of their duties. Marve Ann has been recognized by Florida Super Lawyers magazine as a Rising Star and as a Super Lawyer in the area of Wills, Trusts and Estates.
