Sonia M Diaz

Sonia represents businesses and individuals in a variety of matters, including commercial landlord-tenant litigation; construction defect and lien litigation on behalf of general contractors, sub-contractors and owners; complex real estate and personal property disputes; disputes involving employment and non-compete agreements; shareholder disputes; business torts and general contract litigation, at both the trial and appellate levels.  She has considerable experience in the courtroom, but also assists clients in resolving disputes through mediation or arbitration when appropriate.  Sonia is a member of the Business Law, Trial Lawyers and Appellate Practice sections of the Florida Bar.  She has been licensed to practice law since 2002, and is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts as well as the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
