Biography
I Practiced law in New York/New Jersey for 10 years prior to moving to Naples and joining a local prominent firm in 2001.
In 2014 joined McLaughlin & Stern as Managing Partner of their Naples Florida Office.
My primary areas of practice are Real property law (including Residential and Commercial Closings, Developer representation, Condemnation and Eminent Domain, Commercial Leases, Foreclosure, Condominium and Association law), Estate Planning (including drafting of complex tax and charitable planning trust), and Probate Administration.
I currently serve on the Board of Directors for the Florida Gulf Coast University Eagles Club which raises funds to support the university’s athletic programs as well as the Planned Giving and Gift Committee of the Foundation Board at FGCU.
