Biography
TYLER B. KORN, ESQ., Managing Member of The Korn Law Firm, P.L., is an attorney formerly of the international law firm of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison in New York.
His clients include individuals and companies throughout the U.S., Asia, and the Caribbean, as well as several prominent real estate and investment funds. Mr. Korn has extensive experience in complex tax structuring and reorganizations. He has particular interest in structuring real estate projects for tax efficiency and tax savings.
Mr. Korn received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
Mr. Korn regularly teaches Continuing Legal Education courses on tax law and has authored numerous articles, some of which can be viewed at .
